  • Examined disparities in the asylum grant rate across U.S. immigration courts using data from 2013-2018

  • Conducted 3 multivariate regressions that analyzed the correlation of several variables with the asylum grant rate

  • ​Examined congressional intent and legislative history that resulted in the ratification of the Fifteenth Amendment 

  • Reviewed actions by state governments to restrict Black suffrage through the Mississippi Plan and White Primary

  • Explored the degree to which state-sanctioned violence prevented equal access to the ballot box

  • Discussed key Supreme Court rulings in voting rights cases during the post-Reconstruction era

Economic Mobility and the Racial Wealth Gap in the US

  • Analyzed socioeconomic factors that contribute to economic mobility by performing multivariate regressions.
